Horrible experience! Everytime I visit there is a different stylist who knows almost nothing about simple trimming too! Applied my baby girl’s hair.. could do an equal length after several attempts..never visiting again!

My son gets his haircut here. Krista is really good with him and even cut his hair yesterday! He’s come a long way and it’s thanks to Krista! and snip its! he can get a haircut comfortably with a positive attitude thank you we will definitely recommend and keep coming back! -Lopez family

I have very mixed feelings about my son’s first haircut because the haircutting experience was good, but the after wasn’t. I showed the stylist a picture of what we wanted and she seemed very understanding of it. As she was cutting, it seemed to get shorter and shorter. My son’s expression was priceless so I didn’t want to make him feel like something was wrong with his cut. At the end, I mentioned that some pieces were left long and if she could cut them. She did and walked away so we could pay. She forgot to take his ponytail to bag it (honest mistake). I paid and left a tip and her demeanor changed completely. I’m not sure if it was because I had her cut the missed pieces or because the tip was less than expected (+20%). I then also had to ask for a bag for his hair, when I saw her take and bag up the previous child’s hair for them. It’s possible that she was behind on time but it still made the experience not so great after all. I am a little disappointed that his first cut was not what we asked for but its hair and I’m hoping it grows to where we want it.

I’ve brought my son here a couple times now for a haircut with Krista and with Demi. All the staff are great, patient, and kind. As a toddler, my son gets anxious with haircuts, and they do a great job anyways. Prices are very reasonable, as well.

Hailee and staff were amazing, made my son's first professional haircut a wonderful experience! Staff was kind and very experienced with working on kiddos, kept talking to him to make sure he was fine and just put an ease to my nervousness with it being his first time. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back for both my kids to enjoy and experience again.
