I absolutely love Moderna!! The ladies up front are so nice and welcoming. Colby and Dan are amazing and they make me feel at home. They have become like a family to me. Every time I visit they sit and talk with me and I have the best time. Ashley did my lip filler and she was EXCELLENT walked me through everything and was so kind and attentive. My lips look AMAZING! I had Botox done as well and needed a touch up and they were glad to help. I will continue to use Moderna as my get beautiful place ❤️

I got a microneedling session here back in June, and unfortunately, it did not go well. It’s now October, and my face still has a red, patchy overcast all over. Before the treatment, my skin was actually in pretty decent shape — I definitely didn’t have this constant swollen look. When I reached out to let them know about my reaction, I honestly felt gaslit and not taken seriously. All they did was give me hyaluronic acid and sent me on my way. For what I paid (around $1,100 for three sessions), I expected much more care and concern — especially since I only went through with one session and was clearly not comfortable continuing. They didn’t offer any alternative treatments or even a partial refund, which I think would’ve been the right thing to do. When I asked the esthetician, Mia, what kind of moisturizer to use afterward, she just said, “Any moisturizer is fine” — repeatedly. Then five or six weeks later, when I mentioned that I had been using La Roche-Posay and added Pond’s around week five, I was told that was the wrong skincare routine to use. That was really frustrating because I had followed their vague aftercare advice the best I could. Next time, I think it would help if the esthetician gave clear, specific aftercare instructions — like recommending a very gentle, hydrating, hypoallergenic moisturizer — instead of brushing it off. I really wish my experience had been handled with more professionalism and empathy.

Absolutely are the gems in this industry and in Las Vegas. Dr. Marlene is the so good, so humble, and always makes sure I look and feel my best walking out the door. Transparently, I don’t even come in with preconceived ideas of what I need, I tell her what I want to work on and she drives the path there—here you get skill, kindness and care because the girls are the front are always the best—why would you even consider going anywhere else?
