Great service, kids who work here are always super helpful and friendly. Much, much better wash than mister for a few bucks more.

First time visiting yesterday on my way home from work and did not disappoint. The young man at the check in was helpful and pre washed my dirty car really well before entering the car wash. I’m lazy so I didn’t try the vacuums but I will for sure be back the next time I need a quick wash. Happy to support a local business!

Liked the service from the workers but I paid for a membership, came for a wash to be told it was cancelled so I paid $40 for only one wash? No explanation nothing thought nothing of it maybe it was a sign to save some money and wash my own car, until I’m seeing months later I’m still be charged for the membership!? Like what? Also called multiple times and voice interaction system never lets you get through to a real person repeating the same quote to leave name and number and once you give it it asks again and again ?

I always have a pleasant experience at SOAK. My car comes out clean, the vacuums and air compressors work great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I can’t speak for the people leaving negative reviews, other than there are those that complain no matter what. As a disabled person it’s difficult Fire me to get in and out of my vehicle. I am thankful to have my car washed by someone else and the guys always do a great job!! I drove by today and it looked like they were closed. I sure hope not because I will miss them.

I recently tried Soak Car Wash for the first time, despite their higher prices, and I was impressed. The process starts with a high-pressure water spray that removes the top layer of dirt. Then, the staff uses high-pressure machines, soap, and brushes to thoroughly clean the exterior before you enter the automated wash. The machine wash uses two different types of soap, leaving my car spotless and tidy. Additionally, they offer high-pressure air cleaning, not just vacuuming. Overall, a great experience and worth the price.
