The guys were just great. So helpful and attentive! I got a detailing appointment for the next day. I did have to leave messages twice to get a callback, though but the service was so good, I dont mind.

I love this local car wash, the staff are friendly and efficient. They always towel dry your car after going through the air dryer which is a nice touch. Conveniently located right off W 7th near 35E. Great service and facilities! And they have monthly packages that are worth it

It seems like they do a good job but communication, or lack thereof, is really stressful. I booked a car spa and it was really unclear where to go. I tried to call ahead for info but no one answered and there was no voicemail. From where to pull in to where to enter the building to how to find staff was difficult. Then to talk to the staff member we basically had to shout over all the machine noise. Not a very "spa-like" experience.

For me, Soapy Joe’s is a local car wash and I love their service. My favorite part is the hand towel drying at the end. For my husband, he needs a chain car wash where he can stop in no matter where in the state his adventures take him. My point is, if you’re like me and live in the neighborhood, give this place your business. You won’t find better service or a more thorough wash. Love them!

This is by far is the best car washes I've ever seen in my entire life. The staff here are extremely friendly and offered and went away above and beyond to help me out. This is a fantastic place to bring your rentals or family cars to get them serviced and they return it clean as can be. They did a fantastic job it was quite unbelievable and experience was well worth it. They even have a ice cream dispenser, free popcorn, free water, and a amazing lounge that even accommodates for families. My highest recommendation
