I shall miss you my friend, Toby!!! I'm going to manufacture an excuse to see you again, for sure. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for patiently and expertly imparting your vast knowledge of dog training and the positive management of annoying puppy behavior. You have literally made the difference between my husband and I considering rehoming our Nena and ultimately deciding to keep her. Stupidly, we were initially totally unprepared to manage Nena's rambunctious puppy (mis)behavior. But due to your support and guidance, we decided to keep our sweet puppy. Now we cannot imagine life without her. You are simply the best!

I wish I had a transcript of my middle of the night call to Toby. I was completely desperate. I had talked with a few trainers before him and they all had such a weird vibe in the way they treated my puppy and they all wanted to sell me a board and train program… Toby was the opposite, super supportive, knowledgeable, he was all about giving me ideas and tools, he had a trick for everything. My 12 week old cane corso was on another level of crazy 🤣😂. Toby not only helped my dog, he helped me. He worked with me trying to find a solution to every issue my dog presented, and believe me there were so many! if he helped me he can help anyone. Now I have a well behaved, social, super calm dog that I absolutely adore.

God Bless Toby! I rescued Joe, the super handsome/fit Frenchie appx 3 years…poor guy was given up because “ he didn’t get along with the other dogs in his family”. Joe was constantly ready and willing to attack, chase any dog in sight…With Toby’s training and lots of practice, Joe walks around other dogs with skepticism but no more lunging, pulling…Joe is definitely a one dog home but amazingly happy and content…Thanks to Toby !

When we found Toby at SoCal K9 Consulting, our expectations were high. Not only was the information on his website impressive and informative, all the reviews were stellar! We knew Toby was the right trainer for us and our Cherry Cowgirl, but would he live up to the hype? The answer was, of course he did. Toby is amazing! For each of our five sessions, Toby came to our home to help ensure Cherry’s training was specific to our environment and needs. He brought all the needed training tools and equipment, and he brought an amazing spirit and energy that we vibed with right away. Using a variety of different techniques and tools, he’s helped us to be better trainers, handlers, owners and champions for our dog. Plus, she doesn’t eat absolutely everything off the ground anymore! Woo-hoo! Toby at SoCal K9 Consulting - highly recommend!
