Great workout introduction class! It was refreshing to finally have someone explain the science behind working out and what each move is meant to target. Very professional, clean gym with great music. Will definitely be back!

I had a great personal fitness session with Sheneider Orelus. He was on time, super attentive, and very easy to understand. He helped correct my bench press elbow positioning, lat pulldowns, and front delt movements so I was actually targeting the right muscles and not just going through the motions. What I really appreciated was how he explained why the adjustments mattered, not just what to do. At the end of the session, he also walked us through a body composition scan and gave a clear overview of calorie intake and overall fitness goals without making it overwhelming. Sheneider was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the session. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s professional, encouraging, and focused on proper form and long-term results.

I am very happy with results I've gotten with my trainer! He is amazing and is always so helpful on helping tweak things here and there when the exercise is not too confortable. He always asks what are the 2 goals for the week and this is definitely helpful to keep things attainable and remember what should the priorities be for this process. Thank you!!!

Training with SoFit has been amazing, especially with my busy college schedule. Coach Schneider is super professional but still down to earth and a friendly guy, which makes the sessions feel comfortable and motivating. He personalizes the workouts with a lot of variety, giving me exercises that target my specific goals. He’s also really flexible with scheduling, which is good for me since I’m balancing classes, studying, and campus activities. Their system for meal planning and preset workouts makes it easier to stay on track even on hectic days. Working with Schneider in particular has been so encouraging which helped me stay consistent and confident in my fitness journey as a college student.

Training with SoFit was such a great experience. Each trainer is very professional but warm and friendly. They coach you in variety, giving unique exercises that challenge your specific needs and help meet your goals. They are very flexible with your schedule because I tend to travel and work a lot. They have a great system to assist with meal planning and preset workouts. I found working with Sheneider very encouraging and non-judgmental, he sent out motivational texts and I knew that he was always on hand to offer advice. He helped me feel more confident in my form when working out and walking in the gym.
