John was super nice at SOHO computer repair. I came in last minuet and he was able to help me with no complaints. He did great work and he did it quickly. I would definitely recommend this shop if you have any computer issues!

John wasn't able to replace a laptop keyboard for me because it required specialized equipment. I really appreciate that he was upfront about it, and he also didn't charge me for the time he spent opening up my laptop and assessing the situation.

Had some water damage on my computer screen. John was able to fit me in same day AND fix my computer within a couple of hours. He backed up my computer, checked that there wasn’t water damage to the rest of the comp, and then put it back together. Was VERY reasonably priced, honest, kind, and very communicative. I had an upgraded MacBookAir and I am beyond grateful John saved my four year old laptop! Highly recommend him, cannot thank him enough!!

You can 100% trust John. His service is quick and painless. Cost of screen repair at Apple was $550 compared to John’s $400. There was an issue with the screen after installation (small crack on corner of screen that appeared after a day of use which disabled it) probably due to manufacturer quality issue but John replaced it free of charge. Will return for future business. A good strategy is to get the computer analyzed at Apple free of charge, then bring it to John and he will do it for cheaper and faster. Location is left side of street. Parking is up the ramp next to All State, park on the left side of the lot for customer parking.
