Winona is THE SoHo gem. I stumbled into this store by accident after having a few bad experiences with other jewelers - I didn’t have an appointment and Winona made time for me anyway. She is so warm and genuine and knowledgeable about what she does. She immediately started reaching out to her sources to find me the diamond I’ve been looking for and it was spot on. The prices were also surprisingly the most fair of anywhere else I looked. I was expecting for a jewelry shop in SoHo to be much more expensive. We got engaged in June and I still can’t stop staring at my beautiful ring. The setting is also exactly as I designed it, simple and elegant. Thank you forever to Winona and everyone at SoHo Gem ❤️

We had the best experience with SohoGem, it was so easy to book an appointment. We worked with Marina who was so kind and knowledgeable which made us confident in our decision to work with SohoGem on our engagement and wedding band. Marina listened to all of our ideas and helped us build our dream rings. She was also so fun and is part of our engagement story now, we adore her. From start to finish we had a seamless experience! Gabrielle was a pleasure to work with and gave us the best advice for what we were looking for. My fiancé and I had a great experience with SoHo Gem. I had a specific design in mind and Retno was extremely patient with me and helped me design the exact ring I imagined. Retno and Winona made the experience quick, seamless and fun. I would highly recommend Soho Gem!

The absolute best! They were so helpful and accommodating with everything we asked for. Purchasing an engagement ring is such a big decision and investment, and SoHo Gem really understands that and are so respectful of the process. They worked with my fiancé to create something truly unique that speaks specifically to our story and I am so grateful for how they handled everything. Also, the ring could not be more beautiful! Stunning in all lights and from all angles.
