isabella and leia are LITERAL angels sent from heaven. as a non fit girly, i felt like i fit right in. the vibes in the room were just so uplifting and beautiful as always and ive only been to two classes and boom im considering a membership. the studio itself is very clean and super kind, they seem so motivated and determined to help you with your goals and make u feel good. i have isabella for method mat pilates and it was super super good for a beginner like me, i feel deep core and breathe exercises led by her allowed me to feel extremely connected with the pilates. i felt so fit in tall i cant explain. and i took leia for yoga and when i say this girl is a vibe and she made yoga so fun. i also have a back injury and isabella and leia checked in with me quite literally in the sweetest way and i felt so cared for. sorry im gushing so bad but i usually hate feeling judged at gyms and this is the first studio ever to have green flags waving in the wind everywhere. :) love yall i’ll see yall again soon!!!!! 110% returnin and if yall ever open a studio near waterford lakes that would be AMAZE!!!

As someone who has tried their fair share of pilates studios, including both modern and classical, and has done pilates for two years now - this is my favorite studio. Particularly, it is the only pilates studio I have come across that has locker-room style bathrooms including showers so if I want to workout in the morning before work I am able to without having to stop at home to get ready. I love the overall environment of the studio. It is incredibly clean, minimal, and cozy. When I attend classes it feels more like a community place rather than a get in-get out workout. I feel welcomed to linger after class and there is a community room to do so, that way you are not interfering with the incoming class. My favorite instructor is Isabella and the strength class she teaches. As someone who does not like regular heated mat pilates, I appreciate that she offers non-heated classes that feel even more challenging.

Solace Orlando is an absolutely beautiful Pilates, yoga, and sculpt studio. The space itself is stunning and thoughtfully designed, complete with a cozy members’ lounge that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They offer some of the best prices in Orlando without compromising quality, and the instructors are truly incredible. Every class feels intentional, challenging, and uplifting. Isabella’s Mat Pilates classes are fantastic—clear, energizing, and effective. Leia’s Sculpt classes are powerful and fun, and Vitoria’s Reformer sessions are top-tier, with great attention to form and technique. If you’re looking for a studio that combines atmosphere, value, and exceptional instruction, Solace Orlando is the place to be. Highly recommend! 💫
