We couldn’t be happier with the wedding video that Tom and his team at Solidity Films created for us. From our first interactions, it was evident how much Tom cares about his work and producing a film for us full of emotion and meaning. We valued Tom’s attention to detail, creative vision, and commitment to honoring our story. He took the time to understand us as a couple and dedicated significant time to us well in advance of our wedding day, which undoubtedly helped him effectively capture our partnership on film. Additionally, he included many special interactions of us with family and loved ones. Perhaps what stood out most of all was how intentional Tom was with every prompt he gave us and every decision he made throughout the planning, filming, and editing process. While we were nervous about being on camera on our wedding day, Tom put us at ease by ensuring that filming was natural and seamless. Our wedding video is more than just a recording of our wedding – it is something we will return to again and again, on anniversaries and countless other special occasions. We are so grateful for Tom and his team!

While planning our wedding, we learned of Tom at Solidity Films through mutual friends. I was unsure of if I wanted us to spend additional money for a wedding film, before speaking with Tom. After speaking with him, I had no further doubts, I knew we had to book him as our wedding film vendor. Tom is so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and truly cares about us as a couple. He and his team are truly professional (we hardly noticed their presence on our wedding day). And our final film? I don’t even have the words to describe how perfect it is. Better than what either of us could’ve imagined! He captured the story of us while also showcasing our friends + family (which was very important to us). Tom and team at Solidity Films have given us the wedding film of our dreams and made the process of getting there so easy. We will forever treasure this and I will never regret the decision to hire these amazing people!

We decided to invest in a wedding film to capture authentic memories of a day that we knew would go by way too quickly. However, many wedding videos we had seen felt stilted or trite, or didn't seem to capture the fullness and nuance of a couple's actual love story. Tom made it clear from the start that our wedding video was about beautifully capturing our day in a way that truly reflected us. His questions were thoughtful and intentional and he seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us so he could capture our day authentically. The final film was beyond stunning. Not only was it beautiful, it captured our love and the emotion behind our day in a way that felt real and genuine to the spirit of the day. We love having these memories captured permanently and it's been such a joy to share it with family and friends. Tom and Solidity Films absolutely knocked it out of the park with our wedding film. Tom's professionalism, calm demeanor, and ability to tell a story through his cinematography is second to none. So many times wedding films are just speeches, dancing, and shots of people walking down the aisle. Tom's videos have an overarching narrative that draws you in and says something about the journey of the couple that lead to their wedding day. He truly goes above and beyond. I can't imagine another film maker getting up at four in the morning to meet us for a sunrise surf session! He then seamlessly wove this into our videos from the big day, and told the story of who we are as a couple, while also incorporating our friends and families into the overall narrative. While filming during our wedding he was completely non-intrusive; we barely knew that he was there. We have been at other weddings where the videographer and photographers were more or less directing traffic the entire time, which feels disruptive. With Tom, it felt like one of our friends was simply in the background taking video. Even when he did pull us aside it was in a very nonchalant way and helped to enhance the final video product. Overall, Tom and his production company are a 6/5 stars! When we were researching wedding videographers Tom was on the higher end, but by watching his videos we immediately noticed that he did so much to make every wedding look extraordinary. You only get one chance to film the big day and for the cost, Solidity Films was worth every penny.

For me, having a wedding is synonymous with making lifelong memories. And when the wedding planning process began, finding great photography and video became my first order of business. It wasn't long before I stumbled upon Solidity Films. I found myself drawn to the narrative storytelling of his wedding videos and how Tom seemed to really get to understand the vibe of the day, and of the couple to deliver a really high quality product. I was of course interested in documenting the day, but more than that I was interested in having the film tell part of our story. From the get-go, more than 6 months before the wedding, Tom asked us questions about ourselves, and about how we met, what made our relationship tick, etc... and those details in the end led to a better wedding video. The day we received our wedding video was a day to celebrate. It was incredibly crisp, professional and more than that, it felt like *our* video. We are incredibly thankful that we chose Tom and Solidity, and I would highly highly recommend anyone to choose this vendor if they are interested in this type of experience.
