I never get a response back from support and Tony my support person must have something else going on because I have his direct number and can't get him. My site I have had for 4 years is down and my site name is for sale. I have never received such bad service. I can't get a response from the phone number just keeps saying the number is disconnected. I guess I will have to go through the OIG to get a response.

On January 21, 2023, I ordered a website to be made. On January 22, I called and told Sonora that I could not do the website and wanted my money back. I spoke with Tim Reed about it, and he said his account was in the process of being audited. He even sent me a personal Email. I even sent a certified letter that came back as undeliverable because that's what you must do to get a refund. It is now 0ctober 6, 2023, and I still haven't received my $499. Whatever you do, please do not use them. They are scammers. The only reason they received 1 star is because you can't leave negative stars.
