She listens and remembers that I don't like my wax too hot, she's great at keeping conversations because I am not good at that lol she's my go to person and as long as she's at this location I will be booking my sessions with her ❤️ The location is great too. The room was spotless, well-organized, and even had wipes and a towel ready for me before the service. She asked about allergies and sensitivities before applying any products, which showed great professionalism. We even chatted about our huskies while she worked — it made the whole experience feel friendly and relaxed. The location is super convenient since I work in the same shopping center. I’ll definitely be booking only with Trista from now on and highly recommend her to anyone!
