We had a good experience with this company. Had an electric start installed (Valentines day gift ❤️) There’s three different options to choose from with electric starts. Great if you work in say a hospital, and you want a warm car after a long shift! They also have home theaters, security systems, audio etc. Our sales person Hailey was very nice and helpful.

Hailey was very thorough in describing the remote starter which I purchased for a Christmas gift. The store was clean and well organized. The starter was installed on the agreed upon date and completed within a few hrs. Hailey went over the remote operation to make sure we understood how to use it. I would recommend SoundFX.

My husband has purchased two systems for his Volkswagens within the past six months, and he couldn’t be happier with the experience. Cameron and John provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly. Because my husband isn’t very tech savvy, they took extra time to clearly explain all the details and ensure he felt comfortable using the systems. We highly recommend them for their knowledge, patience, and excellent customer care.

I picked up some aftermarket taillights for my civic hatchback and planned on putting them in myself. I opened the box saw all the wires realized there were no instructions and said nope. Honda dealership refused to put them in I think they even intimidated them. SoundFX looked at them said yeah we can do it and did it in less time than they quoted me. Without a wiring diagram. You’re stupid if you take your vehicle anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Went to Sound FX on route 2 in Warwick to have a remote starter installed. I had a great experience here. I called to schedule the appointment a couple week earlier on the phone. I spoke with Zach, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. On the day of my appointment, I showed up at the scheduled time, spoke with Zach again (in person this time) about some questions that i had about the product and installation procedure, and again he was very knowledgeable and easy going. The crew at sound FX was respectful of my time and was able to get my truck done ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. I feel like they did a great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Zach and SoundFX crew!
