As an Age Group Triathlete I always knew that improving core strength and flexibility was critical, especially for cycling but also for swimming and running. Christine runs her sessions to allow her clients to push themselves as far as they are comfortable with. I find these classes are a proper workout and very beneficial. Pilates is definitely not "easy" but Christine provides the knowledgeable coaching to encourage progression and development through the more challenging exercises

Christine is very knowledgeable and effortlessly adapted exercises in class to match my specific needs during sessions. It’s a welcoming environment, as a complete beginner it really helped me build confidence in learning Pilates. Definitely recommend this for building strength and for back issues. Classes offer good range of exercises and challenges, they don’t get repetitive and keep you engaged.
