About 2 years ago I started listening to Soutas financial on the radio every Saturday morning, and he would encouraged you if you have already retired or planning on retiring to come and get a financial check-up (so to speak) me and my wife decided to take him up on that offer, when we meet with him he wouldn't let me referred to him as Sir or Mr just Dale, such a wonderful and amazing person to talk with. He helped us tremendously with the information he gave us, now I'm in the first year of retirement (GLORY TO GOD) and we're enjoying the fruits of our labor. ALL THANKS TO DALE AND HIS TEAM.

They do not have experience with pre-retirement planning or working with younger people, Dale's words not mine. Dale gave me a timeline of a week to get back to me because he needed to talk to his team and CPA however never followed up, like promised. He was aware of my personal circumstance had time constraints. I called to follow up and he asked 'are you the one who ...' it was very rude and made it seem like I was unimportant and had showed me he already forgotten. If he knew I wasn't a good fit from the beginning, he should of been up front rather than allow me to wait, it was very unprofessional. Jeremy in front office is very friendly and kind.

Dale Soutas and the staff at Soutas Financial have been so phenomenal in the last few years, assisting us during a difficult time when we needed to transition our mother to a nursing home facility for her own safety. Dale provided clear, concise and very thorough information and answered all of my extensive questions. I cannot imagine trying to go thru this process without his assistance. The service was excellent and it continued to be excellent year after year during each MediCal recertification period. When our mother passed away in 2019, Dale was immediately there to assist us in the next steps that we needed to do, as well as recently when he assisted us in handling a real estate issue with the trust. I cannot say enough good things about Dale and the staff at Soutas Financial and would highly recommend their services.

We were very fortunate to have Dale and his group recommended to us. With his knowledge we were able do what was needed for our family. We greatly appreciate him and his staff! Dale has been a tremendous asset to me and our family. He has provided guidance in helping us decide what is the best financial decision we can make by helping us to understand all the options before we make any decision. He explains all the various opportunities which includes tax ramifications, long term growth, we always know safety of the investment is paramount in his recommendations, that is called peace of mind, and you just can't beat that. There is a wide range of ages in our family and Dale makes the adjustment for each of us, nothing is the same because each of us have different goals and plans. In addition my parents are retired and he has not only helped them get the right plans for their senior life style but is available to me and my siblings in helping us make difficult life changing decisions when it comes to what is best for mom and dad. Dale is always there for us, you can't beat the service and care he provides.
