Elvin is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the spas. We absolutely love our Hot Tub. He listened to what we were looking to get out of our Hot Tub, and directed us to the best one. Plus, it wasn’t the most expensive Hot Tub in the place. He is not about just making the sale.

Great store with excellent customer service! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth. I was searching everywhere for spa filters and they were surprisingly hard to find—this store had them in stock and made the process quick and easy. Really appreciated the great customer experience!”

I can't say enough about Elvin. He was and has been extremely helpful with the purchase and setup of our spa. He answered all our questions and assured us that even after the sale if we had any questions or needed help once our spa was installed he'd be willing to help. Sure enough, Elvin has been there for me every step of the way and I'm gradually becoming educated enough to where I don't have to bother him anymore.
