The website listed does not have CSN or its bookstore as a listed college. You literally cannot find the school. It is engaging to say the least.

The communication with any of the CSN Bookstores is highly unprofessional. Nobody gives you a direct answer or is helpful and when picking up the books the staff acts as if they don’t want to be there & are rude. CSN Is an amazing college overall, except for there book store highly don’t recommend. I have been calling for a week to try and get a refund on my book and now have emailed them and put a request in for them to call me & nothing. Therefor I have a book I won’t even use this semester with a chance of not being able to return it if somebody knows who manages this company please let me know!

I ordered a textbook for my Spanish class that I needed by a Sunday. I ordered the book on a Thursday and was hoping to have it before Sunday. I waited and waited and checking the status of my book was useless. Every time I checked, it said in process and that it was in transit. It didn't tell me where the book was and when it would be ready. The time that it took for them to process it, I could have ordered it from RentText (a local competitor) for 20 dollars cheaper. I ultimately got the book on Monday and luckily my professor held back the due date by a few days. I also was hoping to at least get a price match but they are extremely strict and stringent on where you could price match from (making it practically impossible). If your not going to price match with a local compititor at least say so on your website. Don't be so vague about it. I probably won't ever buy a book here again unless I absolutely have no choice. I urge anybody else to do the same. For example on the second day of class, I ordered a book that was much cheaper (40$ cheaper) on RentText and it actually got here a day and a half later.

I also don't prefer to shop here. They are owned by another company efollett that does not value customer service. Be careful if you do buy anything because nothing opened and not used can be returned which is ridiculous. Books I understand they can't be returned. If you shop at any other store they value their customers and offer returns on some items, but here they just want your money and don't really care. I won't be shopping here ever again.

I prefer not to shop at an university bookstore. Of course it is great to help the school and everything, but nowadays their items are just ridiculously overpriced. Even a package of pencils will set you back. The employees are always friendly and helpful to get you what you need, but for me, ID rather shop elsewhere unless it is a book I can not find.
