Southern Painting - Arlington/Mansfield

We have used Southern Painting in Arlington/ Mansfield for about 5 different projects in the last 8 years. We are very happy with them. We have always dealt with David Dozier. David is very knowledgeable, very patient with all of our questions, very good about following up during the projects, very personable, and very friendly. Our last project was just completed in January 2026.They painted the interior this time. In the past they have painted the exterior of our home, a few different interior projects, and painted our fireplace. We highly recommend.

David explained with great detail what all will be done, he also made some great recommendations on what we could do within our budget. Southern Painting has been an outstanding partner for us at St. Barnabas United Methodist Church. As the Facility and Operations Manager, I’ve worked with them on several projects, both large and small, and they continue to exceed every expectation. They completed the full repainting of our Early Education Center as well as a major hallway that connects our Atrium and Narthex. We utilized Southern Painting to restrain our 1 and 2-car garage doors, wood accents on the outside of the house, as well as our front door. David Dozier was so very pleasant and fair. He was able to match our existing color and provide service at a very fair and reasonable price. The front door was the most challenging as there were rivets and hardware to remove but his team did such an amazing job on the front door that it looks like we just bought a brand new door. We are so pleased with the work that when we have another painting job, we have our “person” to reach out to for assistance.
