Ryan was awesome, kind, helpful and patient with me while I made a decision. Installation was a good experience as well, the installers were careful with my furniture and efficient with getting the floors installed. I highly recommend this business and would work with them again.

I am disputing a charge from DFW Flooring Warehouse because the product and installation delivered were materially different from what was represented at the time of sale. During the sales process, the merchant represented that we were purchasing premium-grade carpet and that the quoted amount of carpet would fully cover the entire downstairs area of the home. After installation we discovered two major issues. First, the carpet installed appears to be a lower-grade product than the premium carpet that was represented and sold. Second, the installers did not bring enough carpet to complete the downstairs area, even though we paid for full coverage and installation. This means the merchant charged us for materials and services that were not delivered as agreed. We attempted to resolve the issue directly with the merchant, but the problem has not been corrected. Because the product quality was misrepresented and the service was incomplete, I am requesting a chargeback under the category of goods not as described and services not fully rendered. After the installation problems occurred, I researched the company and found other customer complaints describing unfinished flooring work, installation errors, and failure to correct mistakes after installation. My experience appears consistent with these complaints. I was sold premium carpet and charged for enough material to cover the entire downstairs, but the installers brought insufficient carpet and the installed material appears to be a lower-grade product than what was represented. “The merchant misrepresented the quality of the carpet and failed to deliver the quantity of materials required to complete the installation.”

The guys at DFW Flooring Warehouse were awesome! I had a project that needed a specific amount of carpet. The guys in the warehouse helped me cut it to the perfect size and I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! This made my project a lot more convenient than I thought it would be! Very helpful staff!
