Joe(SWCR) is what you would call "The People's Champion", He takes such high pride in his work, and as a person of similar values, I could not recommend any other technician when it comes to electronic repair. I had a PS5 disc drive fail and sent it into SONY for warranty repair. Later, the drive fails again, but now the warranty has expired and SONY wants to charge me over $250, and they won't even fix my console. They'll just send me back a wiped refurbished unit. In comes Joe, not only an experienced technician, but an innovator on industry used techniques. Joe not only fixed my issue for half the cost, but he found other issues and fixed those as well. Also, he put me(you) on a cheap maintenance plan for me to annually upkeep my console in the future. This company is the way to go.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner Joe. He walked me through the process, was speedy and efficient and left my console better than it came out of the factory. I had recently brought my PS5 to Gamers Wearhouse to fix a broken hdmi port and they charged me $150 for a bandaid fix that broke a few weeks later. Brought it down to Joe and he quickly diagnosed the poor soldering and nearly all the pins disconnected. Got the PlayStation back quick and better than new. He is very knowledgeable and was able to do an outstanding repair at a very reasonable price. Unlike other chain repair store he is confident about his work and stands by it guaranteeing results or he would make it right. Don’t waste your time and money and bring it to Joe!
Joe is top-notch, and I couldn’t recommend him more. If you need a console or similar device repaired, definitely go with him. Not only is his work excellent, but his prices are also more than fair compared to others.
Fixes several xbox series Elite two controllers, recapped my softmodded Original Xbox and deep cleaned Xbox Series X and re-shelled one of my Xbox elite 2 controller! Everything runs amazingly! I highly recommend Joe! He's the best!
