I’m extremely disappointed with Southwest Tax. They scheduled an appointment for me on a Sunday, which I normally wouldn’t do, but it was the only time they had available. I even canceled work for a couple of days to make sure I could be there. When I arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment, the office was closed. I called the number several times and eventually someone answered and told me my appointment had been canceled because I “never confirmed.” That makes no sense. I received a text message from them saying: “Hello this is Southwest Tax calling to remind you of your appointment with Manuel for your taxes on Sunday the 15th.” To me, that clearly sounds like a reminder for an appointment that was already confirmed — not a message saying I needed to call again to confirm it. Because of their poor communication and scheduling, I wasted my time and missed work for couple days . Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I would highly recommend Southwest Tax Associates and their team. They were so helpful from start to finish, someone like myself knowing little to nothing about tax return I literally had to just send some documents and everything was done for me so quick and simple.
