To start off they falsely advertise a price of $160 for a bouncy castle on THEIR website and blamed it on Google. After confirming the order through email I they asked for an extra $60 and said that the price listed on the website was “from four years ago and Google won’t take it down” even though it’s not on Google it was on their website. All of a sudden the price was taken down and they still wanted the extra $60. I messaged back 24hrs later and asked if they would maybe be willing to make a small discount, after all they falsely advertised a price and wouldn’t honour it. They then replied saying no the castle was booked and they were fully booked out. I’m only 24hrs someone else has booked that castle and even though my order was confirmed they still let them book it. Super unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend. Also breaching ACCC and not being accountable. Super disappointing now last minute trying to find a castle for my son.

Wish to say thank you for your fantastic job, I left the bouncy castle to the day of my granddaughter's birthday party as I was worried about rain. I phoned Soxon jumping castles Bayswater in the morning they were so helpful. The staff went above and beyond to help. The kids party was a big hit so thank you Soxon Jumping Castle's I will call you again you are fantastic and your equipment was so clean and great working order. Love this place.
