I really wanted to love this spa, but overall my experience was underwhelming. The reception greeting felt very casual and lacked the level of professionalism I expected. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, with luxurious beds and furnishings. The relaxation room was definitely the highlight, though the outdoor furniture could use some updating. My massage and facial were both fine, but neither felt particularly special or memorable. Checkout was the most disappointing part of the visit. With a $650 bill, I expected a smoother and more attentive experience. The receptionist seemed distracted, engaged in conversation with another staff member, and I had to ask twice for my receipt. When it came time to validate parking, she asked to take my phone to enter the code herself rather than simply providing it to me, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. I believe this spa has the potential to be wonderful, but the overall execution and level of service need improvement. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time and am unlikely to return.
