I felt so pampered! Every amenity, room, and feature is so luxurious and well taken care of. The staff were so attentive and kind. I absolutely loved working with Kami! What a fantastic man! He took care of us and was always one step ahead on how he could help make every second perfect. I can't wait to come again!

We booked a couples massage, and that was truly the highlight of our visit. The therapists were excellent and the massage itself was very relaxing. The spa grounds and overall aesthetics are beautiful and well maintained. However, we were disappointed to learn only after arriving that all spa amenities (steam rooms, dry saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge pools) are gender-separated, so couples cannot enjoy these experiences together. This was not clearly communicated during booking and significantly changed what we expected from a couples spa day. The main pool was also quite cold and not very enjoyable for relaxing together. Also, wanted to mention that the dry sauna wasn’t hot enough. Overall, while the massage and setting were lovely, clearer communication about the spa layout and co-ed limitations would greatly improve the experience for couples.

An excellent experience! Clean, beautiful, serene, delicious food, wonderful treatments. I want to mention how wonderful the following people were: Kami... with his sweet disposition, willingness to help at all times, always remembered my name, the Hyatt is very lucky to have him!!! Angelica... her massage was top-notch. The body scrub/wrap with in-room shower was very unique, and my therapist was great too. Alecia the master aesthetician... a wonderful facial, full of helpful knowledge, beautiful touch. The front desk... all helpful ladies. Love love the Celtic mineral pool next to the lily pond ❤️❤️❤️ From the spa attendants to the cleaning staff, they were all great. I will be back!!!

We spent the day there and had a couples massage with the most wonderful smelling mandarin oil and lounged by the gorgeous, quiet mineral pool. The lunch I ordered was amazing and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back!

What a beautiful way to spend my birthday! I got there early, had some tea and took a shower before my glorious hot stone massage. Ashley did a great job! I followed that with some lunch by the pool and a swim in the mineral pool. I finished my day with a luxurious Vichy scrub performed by Dawn. She did a great job at keeping me comfortable, I nearly fell asleep! I highly recommend spa avania and I can’t wait to return! p.s. the shrimp tacos are very yummy!
