Second time visit, awful this time. Paid for dressing gowns had to go to reception to ask for them. Air con not working properly, drains smell when opening bathroom door. Wash basin plug in water draining away. Toilet roll holder loose on the wall. Left a label on door for room reset not done. Breakfast two days dreadful, no eggs available, when eventually scrambled eggs came out of microwave they were cold. All the cooked items were dried up. Day of leaving asked at 10 am if we could leave our case and the receptioist stated yes £5. On checking my bank £10 was taken off my card. We will not be staying here again it was my husband’s birthday and visiting Grandaughter at University such a shame, must do better.

Such a treat - the spa is beautifully clean, modern and with lovely staff. I felt immediately relaxed. They provide an excellent vegan afternoon tea on request too - I was so impressed. If you want to treat someone / yourself this is an excellent choice.

This spa is exceptional, when I came in I instantly got hit by that mysterious aroma, when I got in I got left for 30 minutes in the bath truly acceptional. Then they gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever seen. After that they cleaned my bum very well, they very clean cause they rub doodoo on the wall instead of eating it. Another thing is the cleanliness of the bath, the art on the bath is amazing as it contains brown and yellow, displaying the beautiful art. Truly amazing.

Fiancé booked a spa day for Valentine’s Day. We arrived and greeted by a rather rude receptionist. Refused to look at our confirmation email for the booking and basically told us we just weren’t on their system. This was paid for in advance. Management just as rude and tried to blame us for their booking error even though we have had confirmation emails confirming we were booked in for the spa treatment. Refused to remedy the situation or refund us. Do not book here.

SCAMMERS - AVOID. Booked a spa day with massage in advance for Valentine’s Day with groupon. Very rash Indian gentleman at the desk was very slow and unhelpful, basically telling us it’s somehow our fault we’re not “in the system”. Manager came around and basically told us to kick rocks. They told us to chase groupon for a refund, and refused to refund £13 parking fee. So here we are, with Valentine’s Day effectively ruined. DO NOT book this for important occasions, they will let you down.
