Gus saved the day!!! I got scammed by another company and Space walk was at our house with in 30 min with 2 water slide bounce houses!! I can not say thank you enough. They saved my little girls 6th bday party!!
Talked to Gus and Victor was our delivery guy. All was smooth and very happy with the service. The delivery was so nice and quick. Lots of fun.. will use them again.
This was my first bounce house rental and they were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I rented last minute and changed location two days prior, and Gus and George were very helpful in making sure delivery, set up, and pickup happened smoothly. The kids had a blast, bouncing for hours, and it made all the difference at our toddler's party. Will definitely rent from here again.
I had high hopes of using this business. Guss called me a week before my event to confirm. He even advised me that he had to make adjustments to my request because what I wanted was not available. My event was planned for May 8th at 2 pm. I called and spoke to Guss again on May 6th just to double check that everything was good to go. Guss went over my order with me and confirmed for a delivery time of 12pm on May 8th at my address. 12pm came and went. My husband and I called several times and left several messages, there was no answer and NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK! I should have known that this could have happened because there was no type of deposit taken. I am glad others have had success with this company but I did not. I do not recommend them.
Spacewalk of Jacksonville was super helpful and super affordable for our non-profit organization -- Best Buddies. We had an event where we needed to have our inflatables weighted down with sandbags vs. staked into the ground and they were able to accommodate us after our previous vendor cancelled due to our request at the last minute! They gave us a great discount, set-up and tear down were both on time. Excellent customer service!!
