Extreme Party Palace always delivers a good time. Used them several times for my Daughter's Birthday parties and the jump houses are clean, refreshed and ready to go. Definitely will continue to use and recommend.

Excellent Customer Service, very Friendly and Business minded Owner and Employees, they offer excellent services, bounce houses and more, they delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup equipment at an affordable and very reasonable price. I highly recommend Extreme Party Palace for any and every occasion small or large. I book them often and recommend them for all your special events. Give them a call and I personally guarantee you will never be disappointed!

Mr Hugh and his team are awesome! They had so many slides to choose from for our swim team family night. We couldn’t get the kids off the slide!

Party Palace was very kind and generously donated a bounce house for the kids to enjoy during a fundraiser for their classmate who was recently diagnosed with cancer. We are so very grateful and will definitely use them for our next party. Very friendly and didn’t hesitate to help us raise money for this sweet boy!

Party Palace exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions. They have a great selection of quality bounce houses/slides/combinations for any type of party all at such reasonable prices, i was pleasantly surprised and referred several people to Party Palace. The owner is super flexible around delivery time/set-up and works around your schedule for pick up. The second time I used Party Palace was for a friends party and I reserved a water slide months in advance. The owner touched base with me several times just to check in and ensure all was still as planned (i didn't have to remind myself to follow up and call them once). The item we rented looked like something from a fair or amusement park that really exceeded all of our expectations not to mention the customer service is top notch! Everyone at Party Palace seems to have a friendly attitude which is rare these days! Before you call anyone else, make sure to call Party Palace. They are by far the best party rental business in Jacksonville!!
