Hello We had a Twilight 6.2 installed on Dec 17th 2025. The installer’s were terrific. The problem is the exterior lights don’t work. I have called, text , emailed and even called and talked to our rep Ethan(who was on vacation, I apologize for that). No one from the Plano office has contacted us. This is totally unacceptable!!!

Absolutely delighted with the experience purchasing our hot tub from Texas Hot Tub company. Isaiah was extremely helpful guiding us through different options to meet our requirements and explaining how delivery and installation work. We ultimately purchased a Hot Springs Grandee with salt water system. It’s been easy to maintain and provides amazing relief for body aches and pain

Fantastic Service from TJ at Texas Hot Tub Company! TJ was absolutely amazing to work with! He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our hot tub up and running again in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how to keep things running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work these days. We’re so grateful for his help — highly recommend TJ and the Texas Hot Tub Company for anyone needing hot tub repairs or maintenance!

We are delighted with our customer experience with Texas Hot Tub Company and with Isaiah Kronstad as our contact. We were able to shop options, become informed on a completely new wellness technology, find ways to save money- and then work through the delivery and installation process. We now have an awesome spa and are enjoying it immensely for ourselves and our grandchildren.

We just had our new hot tub delivered to our rural home. Isaiah was fabulous. He helped us make the right decision on a tub and supported us through the delivery and set up. Great experience all the way around.
