Susen was so intentional about my needs. She focused on the areas I was most tender in, but she paid attention to my entire body. I will certainly be booking another appointment with her and considering a membership. I highly recommend the 80 min deep tissue massage.
Had a great experience here. I was running behind - ensure you are 10 minutes early even if you completed your paperwork early, and 20-25 if you haven't. This is because 1) parking - if you don't know the area, you need to find street parking, park in the garage (might be free?), or park across the street in the lot but give yourself time! And 2) even for a facial, you are walked to a backroom, shown a locker process, asked to go undress and provided a robe, then sat in a back waiting room before service. That's very nice but takes a bit of time, and if you're late, it will likely cut into your service time, which makes sense but you don't want - so be prompt! It's all very nice, dim, warm, relaxing, etc. Erykah did a great job on my facial. The level I chose (Ultimate Revitalizing Lift | 70 min | $159) came with a nice hot stone massage on arms and hands - it was killer. Overall nice place and I'll be returning.
Terrible service. Arrived at 10:02, didn’t get back to room until 10:20 as front desk slowly worked through 3 people. My esthetician was extremely rude, rushing through an 8 minute facial where she promptly ended at 10:30 with exfoliant still on my face saying time was up. I proceeded to explain that the front desk is what held me up and she said “ that’s not my problem, you should have arrived earlier” I also tried to ask what she was putting on my face and she just said basic words like “serum”. Not at all did I get the feeling she was pleasant or experienced. Needless to say I walked out more stressed than relaxed and it’s clearly a typically “puppy mill” spa where no one cares or has experience. Spend the extra $20 and go elsewhere.
Took my daughter here for her Birthday. We were very disappointed. I booked an 80 min massage for the both of us. We were in the same room with different massage therapists. My massage hurt so bad at times, I was actually wondering if the massage therapist was purposely trying to hurt me. I am in so much pain right now. I didn’t even ask for a hard massage. I expect to have bruising from this. My daughter, however, said that her massage did not hurt, but said that her massage therapist would consistently stop massaging for minutes at a time during her massage…as did mine. And to top it off, the massages did not feel as if they were done by professionals. I feel like we were scammed out of money. I’m very upset about this. Especially considering it was for her Birthday. What was meant to be an exciting and relaxing event, turned out to be a major disappointment. Would not recommend. I would like my money back, so I could make it up to her and go someplace else for a massage.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bryon at Spavia is hands-down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. From the moment he starts the session, you can tell he’s deeply skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about what your body needs. His technique is incredible—professional, intuitive, and customized every single time. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and actually pain-free in areas I’ve struggled with for months. He listens, checks in just enough, and creates such a calm, comfortable environment. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing and goes above and beyond, Bryon is the one to book. I can’t recommend him enough!
