Amazing. I had Tonia for a 60min massage and it was incredible! She really helped me feel a lot better and more relaxed. I prefer a firmer medium pressure, and she was excellent to get my knots out. Highly recommend her as a masseuse!

This was my second visit to Spavia since it opened, and I was once again impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space is. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when my locker combination didn’t work—they quickly stepped in to assist. My husband recommended and booked me an appointment with his masseuse, Betty. She provided an 80-minute massage, and while the technique was thorough, I unfortunately woke up very sore on my right side the following day, where my sciatica tends to flare up. Despite noting both verbally and on my intake form that I preferred a softer touch and that I have sciatica, much of the massage involved firm pressure using elbows and knuckles. (Now I see why my husband came back scratched after his massage this week.) The towels used were also extremely hot, but I was too shy to say anything. While I appreciated the time and effort, I felt the overall experience wasn’t as attentive to my stated needs as I had hoped. Additionally, the way the session ended—with her calling me “hunny”—came across as condescending rather than warm.

For some reason they are closed and it's dark. They're supposed to be open until 8p. It's Dec 23rd. I rushed here from work to get a gift certificate. No sign on the door as to why they're closed and nothing on their voicemail. I am a new member that just joined. This does not leave a good impression. I hope they make up for this

My massage with Quincy was great. I really enjoyed it and he listens, neck is not tense 😬 anymore. 😊 Definitely returning with Quincy.

Friendly welcoming staff. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Relaxation room has water and teas, coloring books, smoothing music, warm pillow. They have lockers and 1 shower. They offer robes and sandals. As a plus size woman the robe didnt fit well. My massage with Quincy was excellent. Great massage therapist. I recommend him.
