We booked an appointment to look at wedding bands and our time at the shop was so much fun! Erica sized us and showed us the selection and then we spent time with Ryan finalizing our picks and picked them up a few weeks later. At that first appointment, Ryan asked to clean my engagement ring and noticed the stone was loose and he fixed it up for us. We can’t wait until our big day and start wearing our beautiful rings. I recently worked with Ryan to custom make my wedding ring. From the very first conversation, Ryan completely understood that I didn’t want a standard men’s wedding band. I wanted something unique, personal, and meaningful. He was immediately enthusiastic about the idea and treated it like a creative project rather than a transaction. Ryan is personable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. He never rushed our meetings or tried to push me toward a generic design. Instead, he took his time listening, asking thoughtful questions, and taking detailed notes about what I envisioned. He explained the different materials and design options clearly, including how each metal or gem would affect both the look and cost, and gave me a realistic breakdown of timelines and next steps. Throughout the design process, Ryan was consistently communicative and responsive. He replied quickly to texts, looked over the inspiration photos I sent, and kept me updated at every stage. When we discovered that the original platinum design went over my budget, he reached out right away and offered an alternative metal that would keep the same design intact. His honesty and flexibility made the whole experience easy. The final ring was exactly what I had imagined. It’s truly one of a kind and made my wedding even more special. I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough.

Ryan is such a thoughtful person, and has made so many special pieces for us. He designed my engagement ring with my husband, and we both got our wedding bands through Spears and Co as well! He provides amazing customer service, and truly wants everyone to love their custom jewelry!

My wife picked out her custom marquise diamond ring and matching band, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. He was so responsive and really listened to what she wanted. Every detail was taken seriously, and the final result was exactly what she pictured maybe even better. The craftsmanship is flawless. The marquise diamond sparkles beautifully, and the band matches perfectly, making the set complete and timeless. You can tell real care went into every part of the design and creation. She absolutely loves it. She hasn’t stopped showing it off since, and she’s already said she wants to go back for new pieces every anniversary. That alone says everything about the quality of the work and the experience. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend him to anyone looking for something truly special.

We had the best experience with Ryan! He is knowledgeable and kind. I specifically wanted to come to him because of his Engagement Ring Builder. You can mix and match different stones & bands. He listened to our requests and crafted the perfect engagement ring. He is also easy to communicate with by text which is so convenient.
