I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience this week. I’m so happy with my sworks tarmac but more so pleased with my purchase experience as these guys just went above and beyond. They built the bike, offered to drop it off to me in SF (but I ended up picking it up), did a quick tubeless setup, added pedals, etc. just the whole works quickly and efficiently. To top it off, it was my birthday today so when I showed up to get the bike they had it ready with a bow and a balloon which was just so simple but thoughtful. Whole team was so nice attentive and helpful and it was just a really pleasant experience. If anyone is reading this and thinking about coming here to buy a bike or get a service trust me when I say you are in GREAT hands.

I ordered the New Gen 4 Levo online thru Specialized website and set the pick up @Specilized Los Gatos location- but before finalizing the order... i called in to the store and Terence assisted me with sending me a link to order thru to expedite the process! I got my bike in about 3 days! & beat the tariff charges! When i arrived to pick up the new bike Terence explained all the operations set the shock pressures set up my tires for tubeless the experience was seamless and easy- explained all my questiins throughly, gave me professional personalized service! Thank u Terence and the Team @Specialized Los Gatos ! I own a gen3 Turbo Levo loved it so Much i got the Gen4 and it is the Future!!!
