They are always helpful! Everytime I am in the store I have never seen them just hanging around or standing. They are always helping someone. The customer service is outstanding! I noticed everything! Good job SPEC'S!!

Nice crew and decent selection. Just wish they’d throw me a bone sometimes and give me something allocated. I’m not high enough up on the list to get a call and it’s just a timing thing to walk in at the right moment. The crew do try to help, but they can’t make more product out of thin air. The disadvantage of this location is that they service the restaurants, so most of the good stuff goes to wholesale accounts. I did get a bottle of EH Taylor one time. That was nice.

Have never had a bad experience in here until tonight. Had an associate that was glued to her phone at check out and didn’t even notice the line of people for a few minutes. I’ve never had anyone question my out of state license - I’ve been shopping at this location for over a year. She asked for additional proof of my age to include my passport- which I don’t just carry around. I didn’t think this would ever be an issue. Associates name was Mandy. She was very reluctant to let me check out and had an attitude after I explained I only had my drivers license on me. Really disappointed with how she came across. I understand protocol and wanting to be safe especially w/ non TX IDs but this was so off putting.
