Simply amazing it was my little baby’s first groom. She’s a summer puppy and she really needed someone to be patient and to be kind to make you feel comfortable and loved and I just think that you guys did an amazing job with her. Thank you. (Edited three months later) I wish every dog could have a groomer like beck, Alyssa and the Spitzgroom team. The care, the love, the knowledge these beautiful ladies have is unmatchable and exactly what every dog should experience… if you’re ever lucky enough to get in as a client ( because understably so they have a good waiting list) you will never look back, not just for your pup, but for yourself and kind, beautiful vibe you feel when you walk in.

We’ve been bringing Miya to Spitz Groom for years, and I honestly couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else. We even drive a hour out to get her groomed cause Miya is only comfy with Bec! Miya’s always been a bit anxious with grooming, and since losing her vision recently, she’s needed even more patience and reassurance. Bec and the team have gone above and beyond to make her feel safe. They are incredibly gentle with her, and it shows. On her last visit she was so relaxed she actually fell asleep on Bec’s lap while being brushed! Miya always comes home looking beautiful and smelling amazing, but what I value most is Bec’s genuine care she puts into every appointment. Bec treats each dog with so much love and attention. I’d recommend Spitz Groom to anyone wanting a groomer who truly prioritises your pet’s comfort and wellbeing.

Great groomers, staff are all so kind and considerate, catering to dogs with anxiety with a very professional de-sensatisation approach. We have an Australian Shepherd and she always looks so good after a groom with these guys and her coat stays clean for weeks after! Highly recommend and very reasonable prices.

We have been going to Spitz Groom for many years. My Snow is an anxious dog particularly during grooming, but Bec and her team handle him so kindly and patiently. He comes back looking gorgeous and smelling amazing every time. I really appreciate the extra care and love they give each time. You can tell they truly care about the comfort and wellbeing of each pet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and caring groomer.

I have been a regular customer of Spitz Groom for well over a year. My Keeshond is looked after by them every Friday and he cannot wait to get in the door when we arrive. Beck and her team are not just extremely good at what they do, they care about the dogs they look after, and it shows. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
