Went here with a group of 4 people, super easy to book online which was nice. Drinks are reasonably priced, the lane is reasonably priced but only if you have the discount code. We found that 1.5 hours was too long for 4 people so we should have picked the 1 hour. Place is clean with a good atmosphere, we will definitely be returning!

Went to a bday party for my kid today. Also visited a couple weeks prior. Both exceptional experiences. Management will check in to make sure you're good. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They were really accommodating at the party, willing to help all the time. We'll definitely be coming back for more fun!

Do not bring your food! - It is a RESTAURANT with bowling 🎳, as manager said. We celebrated our son’s birthday here. It was our first time — he had been here before for a friend’s party and liked it, so we decided to try as well. We ordered sushi and pizza from our usual places, not realizing that outside food isn’t allowed. When we arrived, the staff said we couldn’t bring any food because they sell their own pizza and sushi. This policy was never mentioned in our booking confirmation, and by the time we found out, it was already too late to change plans. Their pizza, unfortunately, was extremely poor quality — very salty, dry, and overcooked, with little cheese or toppings. Out of 13 people, only a few even tried it. If we had known beforehand that we’d have to eat their pizza — and what the quality was like — we would have simply chosen another place. The bowling and arcade part was fine, but the food experience completely ruined the impression. We understand the no-outside-food policy, but it should be clearly communicated upfront, especially for birthday party and honestly, we wouldn’t return just because of the food quality. To be fair, all the regular staff members — the people at the front desk and helping around — were very nice and professional. Thank you to them for being kind and polite.

We’ve always had a good experience with bowling at this location. For the first time we decided to order some food. The server brought the card machine and tablet to place our order. I was surprised that we had to pay before the food was even served but I didn’t question it. I asked for the receipt and thank goodness I did. We ordered the shareable nachos, chicken fingers and a cappuccino which tasted fine and we did not have any problems with. However after finishing the game, we were already outside in the parking lot when a different server followed us with a card machine and told us that the other server said we hadn’t paid our tab. That was of course a humiliating experience. I attached the receipt if there was still any doubt. It would be a great idea if servers were trained to track paid bills or have one server per lane so that there is no mix up. I don’t expect anyone to be reprimanded but to treat this as an awareness of what should change.
