I am new to Discover Strength. My trainer is a young man by the name of Johnny. There’s one reason, and one reason only that I’ve decided to go this route. I simply can NOT push myself hard enough to get the results I want. Johnny does a great job of getting me to focus in and push to the point of failure. I’m a huge Peter Attia and Rhonda Patrick devotee (google them) and I believe this method is what I need to live a healthy retired life.
Discover Strength has great virtual training options. The staff is professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. The sessions are a great price point and the app is a nice tool also. Highly recommend working with this company!
