Quinn and Jason (I think that's his name?) at the workshop were super helpful. Knowing I'd need my skis the next day, they were willing to spend extra time installing my skis, despite being already busy toward the end of the day. I had a wonderful ski trip with my new gear thanks to them. I'd definitely recommend!!

I think the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but this store is under staff, one staff have to cover many customers at the same time. Lead to customers cannot get enough attention to get answer for all the questions to make the right decision to pick the right product. Otherwise I will give them 5 star.

Love the service here every time that I go. The employees are super knowledgeable and helpful! However, when I went in today, it was super hot and stuffy and seems like the AC wasn’t working. It made trying on snow gear a bit hard with the warmth.
