I could not be happier about my experience at Spring Pilates with Brooke. Her teaching was top-notch, and she offered options for my limitations, and even was able to adapt the equipment for my unique needs. I have spent decades trying to get help from physical therapist and doctors, and most of them shrug their shoulders at me and tell me they don’t know how to help me - but in one session, I already feel a difference in my body, and I can tell that this is what I need!! I am so grateful for a Pilates studio that focuses so diligently on form and posture, and utilizes the equipment 100% of the class time. I am so impressed and I will definitely be back.

Love love love this studio and community! Several years ago I added weekly private sessions to my exercise routine and it has been literally life-changing! My core strength & flexibility have improved dramatically despite getting older. And discovering the mind-body connection has given me a deep appreciation for what my body can do!! Classes are small, so each person gets individual instruction as needed, the instructors are a lot of fun and very kind, and the studio has top-notch equipment. I have been going to Spring since 2020 and have taken individual and group classes, all of which have been fantastic. Instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They also explain the underlying reason and muscles involved in each exercise which is very important to me. Pilates has helped me with posture, back pain, and balance. I highly recommend SPRING if you are serious about Pilates!
