I always had a great experience shopping at Sprintz on Whitebridge Road. Teresa was our rep for our recent purchase. Teresa was very patient and knowledgeable about various furniture options. She didn't rush the process. She encouraged me to take my time and was accessible via text and call. She even came in on her day off for me to look a fabric swatches.
I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Beth Ann. We all know Sprintz has the highest quality furniture and widest selection, but it’s their customer service that truly sets them apart. Beth Ann was so welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me furnish three rooms within my budget. I was in the store for over two hours, and she was beyond patient and basically made everything possible so it was a ‘one stop shop’. Will definitely be returning to Sprintz and requesting her for all my future needs :)
Sprintz has been my go to for statement items such as our couch, mattress and bedroom furniture. John Schaber has been wonderful to work with.
We love the dining room table and chairs we purchased from Sprintz. We later decided that we needed 2 more chairs. Just called our guy JR and ordered over the phone - so quick and easy. Another great experience!!
We had a great experience at Spritz! Ron was extremely helpful whenever we were picking our sectional (and patient I can be a bit picky haha). He was informative about delivery dates and care for our sectional. We are so happy with our purchase, and our couch turned out great! I would recommend Sprintz and Ron to anyone in the market for new furniture!
