I have been taking my pets to St Francis for 28 years and would never consider going anywhere else. Every one of my pets has loved their visits to the vet. All the staff go out of their way to make the animals feel cared for and special. The vets take the time explain all treatment options, to give you the knowledge to make the right informed decision to care for your pets.

Just moved into the area and had been to another Vet which I wasn’t overly happy with, so thought I would try St Francis being a smaller more intimate Vet. I brought in my 10 yo dog for her vaccination and check up and was very happy with the kind and friendly service right from the receptionist to the young gentleman vet who was very informative and gentle. Made my dog who is anxious about going to the vet, at ease.

We have been going to St Francis Vets for about 6 years. Originally, we had three dogs (Cookie, Biscuit and Hunni). Sadly, both Cookie and Biscuit have since passed away at the great old ages of 16 (within two weeks of each other). Both dogs were extremely well cared for at St Francis, right up until the end. All the vets and staff are lovely and extremely caring, definitely the best vets we have ever attended. Since the passing of Cookie and Biscuit, Hunni has a new sister called Rosie. They are both in safe hands at St Francis, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all the team at St Francis for being so amazing!
