The CRA sent us a series of threatening letters claiming we owed them large sums of money and we didn’t know what we did wrong or how to fix it. It has been a tremendous relief to have Masudur and his team unravel our tax issues and reveal that the CRA was trying to pull a fast one on us. When I filed my taxes with him, the process was handled thoroughly and in detail. However, after my return was sent back by the CRA (not his fault), I reached out for clarification and support. That’s when things went downhill — he became extremely unprofessional and eventually stopped communicating altogether. Given all the positive reviews, this experience was both disappointing and frustrating.
