VerifiedREAL SCAMMERS… Absolutely terrible experience — I paid a $50 deposit to get my taxes filed, and after that they suddenly started asking for almost $100 more just to get a return that wasn’t even close to $1,000, which made no sense at all. From day one their communication was horrible — slow replies, vague answers, and constant delays for more than 15 days with nothing actually getting done. It felt like they were just wasting time on purpose. I finally gave up and went to someone else to file my taxes, and when I asked for my $50 back, they straight up ignored me and refused to refund it. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and shady behavior. Please save your time, money, and stress — do NOT trust these people.
