St. Louis Strength Academy is a standout fitness studio and that’s entirely due to Nathan Williams’ expertise and high standards. He understands the intersections of holistic health, injury recovery, and strength training. As a woman, I especially appreciate that he actively keeps up with current research on female physiology. Most trainers don’t, and it shows. Nathan also helped me unlearn poor form that a previous trainer overlooked and could’ve led to injury if left uncorrected. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care and attention he brings to every session. His workouts are efficient, focused, and entirely fluff-free. If you’re looking for smart, evidence-based training in a space that respects your time and your body, you won’t find better than this.

The facility is spotless and has everything you need to succeed. I highly recommend trying the cold plunge—it’s top of the line and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
