Look, it’s convenient but buddy really needs to get some support especially on an early Saturday night. It’s obvious he stresses very easily and as customers we don’t need to see that. I’d like to see him improve his customer service rather than get all up in arms when asked for directions to a product.

A fabulous range of interesting wine from both small & renowned producers. I don’t know if I’ve been to a store with such a good range of decent SA wine. Staff recommendations are always spot on. Prices are quite reasonable.

The guy working on Sat 1st April, very rude! Walk into store to purchase wine, walks straight past me as I entered without a greeting or acknowledgement and proceeds to watch car racing on the tv! Then wants to be friendly as I begin to purchase at the counter. First impressions are lasting impressions!

Such helpful people! I went in looking for gifts for Christmas with a price range and how many of each colour, I told the salesman and he picked out exactly the right amount of each wine and the right price that I needed! Everyone loved their wines that were picked, the staff are clearly very knowledgeable!
