Very different to find a great car wash place now a days. Wish guys did better job or cost less. They misses few things, I had to ask them to spot clean again. After they try again still not great. Bit more attention to details would be great. For $120 car wash I would like my car clean properly. Not sure if I will visit again

At short notice, we contacted Harry at Star Car Wash in Canberra Outlet Centre, to do an urgent full deep cleaning and wash of our vehicle. He couldn't be more accommodating, and went out of his way to get the job done before closing. He did an amazing job. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to Canberrans.

Rubbish, guy quoted me $50 for just a vacuum and wipe inside, was about to walk off until he said $40 (which is still expensive but thought I’d help out a small business), came back 45 min later and they didn’t even vacuum my car properly, had to point out where and tell him where to wipe! They thought it was an easy $40 so they can just be lazy and spend 5 min on my car, wouldn’t recommend this place. To the owner: You want to be a successful business? Then you really should be aiming at getting repeat customers, not trying to do this crap and cheating your customers.

Got the platinum sedan wash for $55 cause I booked online, took 1 hour 20 mins. Plus they sent me a message when it was done. They did such an amazing job, highly recommend for sure

Sadly a poor experience 2 out of 2 times - first car went in for a wash and still had hundreds of bugs on the front bumper. Gave them another chance to polish my jeep, the wheels were not even washed, nor was the B pillar or sills washed let alone polished - waste of $110. Tried to call but phone rang out 3 separate times. So its a one star from me - dont bother taking your car there. They are the closest to me, I needed to use them every month for two vehicles - I wish they had done a better job. I will have to go elsewhere.
