I recently purchased an expensive faulty screen protector that apparently had no warranty. The staff were rude, argumentative, arrogant and unprofessional. It would have been cheaper to purchase a Belkin screen from Apple with a 2 year warranty.

Terrible quality products. They put on a screen protector which kept coming off, less than a day later. They put another one, same result. Tried a third time and nothing changed. Asked for a refund and jumping through hoops to even get any response. Poor customer service. Will never use them again.

Honest, clear advice. Really helpful. Within an hour they were able to tell me what was wrong with my phone (google pixel), and how much it would cost to fix. I decided not to go ahead (I was already thinking about a new phone) but the price they quoted seemed very fair. Hopefully I won't drown another phone, but if I do break something, I will go here to fix it.

I went in for a privacy screen protector. I was provided with a protective film instead that started peeling off a day after installation. When I went back to get it changed to a screen they said that they don't have a screen for my phone but never told me this initially (would've gone somewhere else or ordered online) and refused to refund me. I paid $79 for a film cover and later found out JB-Hifi has an actual screen for $50. What a rip off!!
