I had an excellent experience with this duct cleaning company. Nasser was truly outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and worked with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. You can tell he takes real pride in his craft — every vent, duct, and register was cleaned thoroughly and with care. The difference in air quality was noticeable right away, and Nasser even shared helpful tips to keep things running efficiently between cleanings. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer service the way he does. If you’re looking for top‑tier duct cleaning, I highly recommend this company, and especially Nasser. He turned what could have been a routine service into a truly exceptional experience.

we normally use Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning to clean our own house’s vents and ducts and they do a great job, but we needed to clean the ducts of a house that had an oil furnace and hadn’t been cleaned in years. They referred us to StarDucts and we were very happy with Nasser’s service. He was on time, polite, and very thorough. I thought the price was super reasonable given he was here working for 4 hours! The photos speak for themselves!

Starducts did a great job with my dryer vent and whole house vent cleaning. Their customer service was great. I was informed ahead of time about the process and service details. Nasser serviced my home with great care. He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional. He explained in detail about what to expect and shared clear pictures of the serviced areas. I will definitely use them again.

Starducts is the best—if you need air duct cleaning, this is the one! The whole process was seamless. I was able to get a quote quickly and easily through their website (no need for an in-person estimate), and the price was very reasonable—comparable to HVAC company quotes K got and even lower than some other duct cleaning services so the decision was easy. They use the proper negative pressure vacuum method rather than just brushing/cleaning vent by vent, and they took the time to carefully seal all the air filters and vents before starting the job. The technician was actually the owner, who was extremely sincere and honest. He walked me through the pros and cons of each approach and helped me decide what would work best for our home and baby’s health. Professionalism was clear throughout: they arrived in a branded company van, wore uniforms, and shared technician details in advance. They even provided helpful PDFs full of information, making the scope of work very clear and easy to follow. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Starducts for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and honest air duct cleaning.

I recently booked StarDucts for a full air duct cleaning, and I have to say — Shimon is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met in this industry. From the very first message, he took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and honestly. He answered all my technical questions in detail and never tried to upsell anything — just straightforward, professional service. On the day of cleaning, everything was done carefully and thoroughly. They connected the negative air machine correctly, brushed and vacuumed all 9 vents deep to the main trunk, and even inspected my crawl space duct that had been damaged before. The before-and-after photos were impressive — the ducts look brand new, and my air quality readings (VOC levels) dropped right after the service. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction, ask for Shimon at StarDucts. He’s polite, knowledgeable, and takes real pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended — done once, done right!
