This was a remarkable journey. The only suggestion I would offer for future trips is to thoroughly investigate the possibility of including a package tour to Ellis Island. Unfortunately, our schedule did not align, and we would have missed our return transportation. We had the foresight to book in advance, which allowed us to ascend to the crown of the Statue of Liberty. It was approximately 640 steps all together, and our entire family successfully made the climb, which was quite enjoyable. There was even a step counter on the wall, adding to the fun. Please note that only 500 individuals are permitted to climb each day.

It's worth seeing with your own eyes. You get there by ferry from Battery Park or Liberty State Park. The ferry ride is easy and takes about 15–20 minutes, and it runs regularly. You go through a security check before boarding, so coming early really helps. The ride itself has great views of the skyline and the Statue of Liberty

Great Experience! Our trip with this cruise company to Liberty State Park was fantastic from start to finish. We took the ferry from the NJ side. Parking was easy, buying tickets on mobile was super smooth, and going through security was a breeze. We went during the week and experienced absolutely no wait time—both on the way there and coming back. The ferry itself was clean and comfortable. The first and second floors are fully heated, which was perfect, and the top deck offers amazing views. They have a snack bar on the ferry and they sell hot dogs, pretzels, cold and hot drinks. Also souvenirs! Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! Picture of the actual ferry below.

Yes Yes Yes! This is definitely worth the time and money. Barely any wait time for the next cruise to go out. You can get off on Ellis Island and/or Liberty Island and catch another cruise back to the station. Quick trip with a great view. The ship has indoor and outdoor seating. Also a concession area with souvenirs

This is a wonderful peaceful spot to see the Statue of Liberty. No congestion, quiet and beautiful grounds. Even though you see her from the back it’s still nice to see it. And it’s free! You can take boat cruise over to see her up close. We choose to enjoy the park instead. I think the park is very nice and everyone should try and stop by. It is a nice place to picnic too. There were plenty of picnic tables and I noticed grills there also. The bathroom was clean too.
