What a fantastic team working at this branch 28/01/2026 15.00. While I didn’t get to take down the names of the staff who served our table (slim blonde young lady - Aiste? and a gentleman in the suit who may have been the manager), I can say that their customer services was second to none. They were both warm, accommodating with a smile and they done their best to cater to my 4 year old with lots of paper and crayons. The hot stone steak was thoroughly enjoyed by my cousin who is visiting from Spain and never experienced anything like this before! The food was perfect and we made use of the happy hour for drinks which were delicious. A lovely calm ambience provided a pleasant dinning atmosphere. Thank you Steak and Co Covent Garden for a wonderful late lunch dinning experience.

The steaks were great as always. The team were all so nice and a big shoutout to Khrystyna S. She was as sweet and kind as it can get, she gave us great recommendations and energy. The staff can really make the difference in a business :) Highly recommend the Steak and Company if you want to have well served and fresh meat.

We visited as a party of two on the Sunday before Christmas Eve and had a fantastic experience. The concept is brilliant – we both had the steaks which you cook yourself on a hot stone, and they were of excellent quality. We shared a side dish and had a drink each, which came to approximately £40 per person. Given the quality and the prime location, we felt this was great value for money. The ambience was lovely and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We also noted the 12.5% service charge; considering the busy festive period and the great service we received, we found this to be entirely fair and justified. A quick tip on seating: You can certainly try your luck and walk in without a booking, but if you want to guarantee a table, I’d recommend reserving a few hours in advance or the evening before to be safe. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Covent Garden.

Delicious food and dedicated customer service. We turned up about 5pm on a Saturday without a reservation and they fitted us in. I chose the tuna sizzler and my wife chose the rump steak, with truffle mash, creamed corn and broccoli for sides. All of it was delicious and served by our friendly waitress. The place had a nice atmosphere but my only negative comment is the fact the room gets very hot and smoky - just a window open, or the ceiling air conditioning on would have fixed that!

We were welcomed by a very friendly man who seated us at the table. We came for a birthday lunch. The place wasn’t busy. The inside area is cozy and nice. To start with we ordered the fried goat cheese and it was excellent! I loved every bite of it, perfect combination of flavours. My partner ordered the steak with the option to fry it on the stone by the table as we thought it might be a nice experience. I went for a veggie burger and fries on the side that had to be ordered separately. The frying process was easy and interesting. We were explained the steps of frying the meat what was very helpful. My burger was just ok. The service was nice and friendly what made a great atmosphere at the restaurant. We had a chat with a man who I believe was a manager. We were given a nice dessert on the house as we were celebrating birthday. This was very nice of them. We also enjoyed our 2 drinks for the price of one. The place isn’t the cheapest but the experience was kind of worth it also it was a special occasion.
