I am disappointed in the service I received today for my first (simple) tattoo. The front desk help was welcoming and helpful, however I did not feel that the tattoo artist adequately rendered the tattoo that I asked for, nor did he show adequate customer service. Ultimately, the tattoo was completed in the wrong font due to lack of communication from my artist after I agreed to the original sketch. I wasn’t informed of any aftercare or direction from my artist. Again, luckily the front desk lady was able to help after I was left to figure it out myself. It wasn’t the service or attention to detail that I wished to get from the artist.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with great energy! Very welcoming atmosphere and almost like you’re just hanging out with some rad friends. Sofi is absolutely amazing and we have been working on my legs and each time it’s a therapy session while she works her magic! Love her and her work!

Max is awesome. This is my second time getting tattooed by him and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s super laid back, takes into consideration what you’re wanting and is willing to adjust the design if necessary. He’s really personable and makes you feel comfortable from the start. All around, just really great experiences.

This place is pretty freaking amazing. We all have our favorite shops because of the atmosphere, artists, decor, etc. this one is mine. my artist is Dayron and I’ve had interactions with Aleenah, Sophia and Shaun. They are all great and friendly and professional. Dayron is such a cool guy and amazing artist. I trusted him with my arm and he’s delivered twice now!! Can’t wait for my next session!! There’s always small issues with shops but I myself haven’t had any issues and love the quality of my ink work! I would recommend speaking with potential artists and get informed on their specialty so that you both have a pleasant experience. Good luck and thank you for reading :)

One sleeve complete, another starting soon. Shaun is my guy; very talented, humble, and passionate about his artistry. I applaud my experience with the homie very much. We discussed some subject matter, an idea, and he did the rest. He has created my left arm sleeve master piece and will start the right arm sleeve soon. I’m grateful for the connection, it’s love my G. For reference to the audience, Shaun has done a Japanese sleeve and next is the American Traditional sleeve (I’m black and gray everything), if you want your work to be done properly (which you do), this is your spot 💯
